About me
Who Am I?

I am a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) which means I have a degree in nutrition and am nationally licensed by the
Commission on Dietetic Registration and the American Dietetic Association. R.D.'s offer more credible and scientifically based guidance than "nutritionists" who are not licensed. I am an active member of the American Dietetic Association (ADA) as well as the Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group (a subdivision of the ADA).

On a personal level I have five solid years of counseling experience related to all different kinds of diet related issues. In group settings and on individual levels I have seen my clients succeed as a result of their increased knowledge about nutrition. I also have experience in meal and menu planning, as well as diet analysis, which will complement your nutritional counseling quite well.

Why do I need an R.D.?
Allyson Odachowski R.D.
What do you do?
The last time you turned on the television or opened a magazine did you feel inundated with "diet" information? What are the stars doing? What is the latest quick fix? What is good, what is bad? Feeling like you don't know where to start, or who is feeding you accurate info?
